Thank you for being loyal clients to Breathe Easy Therapy Services. For many years we have accrued the credit card fees and transaction fees for processing credit cards. Unfortunately, with the rise in overall costs economically including the credit card fees we will no longer be able to cover these fees. In order to keep up with current financial economic increases we will be making necessary adjustments. Please note that there will be a 3.0% credit card convenience fee added to all credit card transactions, starting January 8th, 2024. You are always welcome to pay cash or check for your service to avoid this fee.

If you pay with your health savings account or debit card you will not be charged a fee.

Teen Therapy at Breathe Easy Therapy Services focuses on teens between 14-20. There are various situations this age group struggles with including but not limited to identity, communication, bullying, relational issues with peers, planning for the future, hormonal changes, and others. Here at Breathe Easy we understand it may be difficult to seek help especially for this age group, but our goal is to meet you where you are. Our teen specialists have been trained in many techniques but are also relatable, easy to speak with, and have a history of success with this age group.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Children and Adolescent therapy at Breathe Easy Therapy focuses on those ages 5-13. This therapy will include some family therapy as well. Helping children identify ways to release emotions that are not destructive and can be carried throughout life. Bridging the gap in communication between parents/guardians and child/children.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern and Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida, I specialize in applying systems theory to help individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth. With a focus on communication, family dynamics, substance abuse recovery, and supporting young adults with autism, my practice is designed to address the unique needs of each client. In addition, I am passionate about working with those 55 and over, to help with life transitions, empty nesting, identifying new passions, and other situations that come up later in life.

Angelica has extensive experience providing services to clients that may be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life changes and parent/child conflicts. Angelica is also an experienced behavioral health specialist for children/adolescents and certified in “trauma focused cognitive therapy”. She is certified in “DBT”, as well as in, “housing instability adverse childhood experiences”, which helps assist parents in learning parenting techniques, setting healthy boundaries and learning appropriate ways to communicate with their children.
